Burglary prevention
The crime of burglary is a major concern in the University District, particularly during the year-end holidays and spring break when thousands of students leave the neighborhoods for an extended period of time. Police agencies and the community are working cooperatively and strategically through the Campus Partners Safety Coordinating Committee to prevent burglaries and to educate residents on crime issues.
