Elkus/Manfredi Architects Ltd is a full-service architecture and design firm, whose portfolio includes a number of highly acclaimed and award-winning projects, including CityPlace, a 77-acre retail, residential and commercial district extending the downtown of West Palm Beach, Florida; the 730 North Michigan Avenue retail/entertainment/hotel complex in Chicago; Sansom Common at the University of Pennsylvania; the Wellesley Gateway corporate headquarters in Wellesley, MA (a Druker Company development); and the Pacific Place retail/entertainment complex in Seattle.
Elkus/Manfredišs broad and extensive experience is particularly relevant to the University Gateway Center project. Not only has the firm designed award-winning projects involving all of the uses which will be part of the Center, but it has recently completed Sansom Common, a multi-block mixed-use complex on the edge of the University of Pennsylvania.
The firmšs strength stems from its experience in working with outstanding
retailers such as The Limited and Sony, corporate office clients including
Putnam Investments and American Express, as well as its knowledge of residential,
restaurant and parking design.
