Gateway Center proposals. Your comments are important to the evaluation
process and will be most helpful if sent by March 14, 1999. The evaluation
forms will continue to be collected through the end of March.

is to help revitalize the independent, locally owned businesses along
High Street and in the nearby neighborhoods, as well as encouraging minority

Housing issues: The proposal should include a component of mixed-income
rental housing designed to appeal to a broader cross-section of the community.
In addition to market-rate housing, the major housing project within the
