The Team
The Towne/Madison team believes that its members represent a blend of talents, expertise, and local knowledge ideally suited to the challenge ahead. In addition to those team members identified in our original response to the Request for Qualifications, Towne/Madison has added:
Kathy Mast-Kane as our Historic Preservation Consultant. She has served as the Historic Preservation sub-consultant for Campus Partners' High Street study and she currently lives in the northern part of the University District. She will be assisting us in assessing the significance of historic structures within the Project Area and in exploring options for including at least some of them within the scope of the project.
