 Campus Partners issued this Request for Proposals on Dec. 22, 1998, to three teams of master developer firms who had been pre-qualified through a Request for Qualifications process. The proposals from the three master developer teams were due Feb. 26, 1999.  On May 21, 1999, Campus Partners announced the selection of The Druker Company as the master developer.
