There are many great housing opportunities and a vibrant, urban lifestyle that can be found throughout the neighborhoods of the University District. See below for some of the opportunities available to become a neighbor!
The OSU Faculty & Staff University District Homeownership Incentive Program is a down payment assistance program that consists of a zero interest forgivable loan (second mortgage) in the amount of $6,000 to be applied towards the required down payment, closing costs and/or reduction in principal amount on a home purchased in the University District, which includes Weinland Park. Click here for more information.
Homes being renovated and new homes are being built, there is a flurry of activity throughout Weinland Park! The neighborhood is nestled among the city's most exciting areas and just to the east of The Ohio State University. There are many ways to become a neighbor in Weinland Park. The investments being made by Campus Partners and other organizations and companies provide a wide range of opportunities for all income ranges and housing needs. The Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Phase II is an example of a program that Campus Partners is using to renovate and build new homes for homeownership in the Weinland Park neighborhood.
