In 2010 the American Planning Association awarded Campus Partners the National Planning Excellence Award for Implementation. This award was a result of the work that Campus Partners has done in the University District to implement the planning documents developed by the community in conjuction with Campus Partners.
South Campus Gateway was selected as a finalist for the 2010 Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Awards for Excellence: The Americas competition,This award is widely recognized as the land use industry’s most prestigious recognition program. The competition is part of the Institute’s Awards for Excellence program, established in 1979, which is based on ULI’s guiding principle that the achievement of excellence in land use practice should be recognized and rewarded. The criteria for the awards include leadership, contribution to the community, innovations, public/private partnership, environmental protection and enhancement, response to societal needs, and financial viability.

Campus Partners received the 2006 Expy Award from Experience Columbus. Campus Partners was singled out for its development of South Campus Gateway, the largest mixed-use, urban redevelopment project in central Ohio.
