Update on 11th Avenue Renovations

The renovation of the properties along 11th Avenue between Fourth Street and Grant Avenue continues to move through the process of review from the state and city historic commissions. The buildings are located in the New Indianola Historic District. Contingent on the receipt of the state historic tax credits the project is expected to begin in the fall of 2012.
